Sure, it's not a stellar example of TV technology, and certainly not the best out there - but it's also $380 for 46". What more do you expect? Reviews are mediocre to poor, mainly sound quality. I've yet to find a flat TV like this with great sound quality myself though, and 46" is still more than my 32" with crappy sound quality. - Read More at Woot
